Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-store training sessions and product demonstrations for retail associates across multiple store locations throughout the Los Angeles area
  • Develop and deliver engaging educational content that clearly communicates product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with store managers and retail staff to foster ongoing learning and brand advocacy
  • Identify knowledge gaps among retail teams and implement targeted coaching solutions to address performance challenges
  • Track and report training outcomes, associate engagement levels, and field observations to internal stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Represent the brand professionally during retail visits, pop-up events, and promotional activations
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align educational messaging with current campaigns and product launches
  • Maintain a consistent field visit schedule, managing your own calendar and travel logistics efficiently across assigned retail accounts

Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience in retail sales, sales training, field education, or a closely related role
  • Demonstrated ability to present information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly
  • Reliable personal transportation and valid California driver's license for travel between retail locations
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools including email, spreadsheets, and virtual communication platforms
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by retail schedules
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in education, communications, business, or related field preferred
