Core Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems across all production equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment failures quickly and efficiently to minimize production downtime
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals to complete repairs accurately
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated control systems
  • Complete all maintenance work orders thoroughly and document findings, parts used, and time spent within the computerized maintenance management system
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to proactively identify potential equipment issues before failures occur
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and safety across the facility
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while strictly following all safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures

Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum three years of hands-on multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair disciplines
  • Strong working knowledge of PLCs, variable frequency drives, and industrial control systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience with lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and other industrial safety procedures
  • Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as required
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or vocational certification strongly preferred
