Core Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, informative product education sessions to retail store associates, team leads, and managers across multiple store locations in the Dallas metro area
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with retail partners to ensure consistent brand representation and messaging
  • Conduct in-store demonstrations, product launches, and promotional events that drive consumer engagement and retail sell-through
  • Monitor sales performance metrics at partner locations and identify opportunities to increase velocity through targeted coaching and support
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align educational content with current campaigns and promotional calendars
  • Develop customized training materials and visual aids tailored to specific retail environments and audiences
  • Travel regularly within the designated territory to provide hands-on support and maintain consistent field presence
  • Track and report field activities, training outcomes, and competitive insights to internal stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging product innovations to position offerings effectively

Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience in retail sales, brand education, or field training within the beauty, personal care, wellness, or consumer packaged goods industries
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences in retail environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building lasting relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing a multi-location territory independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with basic sales reporting tools or CRM platforms
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for territory travel
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods as business demands require
