Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-store training sessions and product demonstrations for retail associates across assigned San Francisco territory locations
  • Develop and deliver engaging educational content tailored to various learning styles and experience levels within retail environments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, department leads, and floor associates to ensure ongoing product knowledge retention
  • Monitor and evaluate retail staff performance following training initiatives and provide constructive follow-up coaching
  • Track training activity, store visit schedules, and outcomes using provided reporting tools and submit regular progress updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine training materials based on feedback gathered during field visits
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance through targeted educational interventions and customized training approaches
  • Represent the organization professionally at all times during store visits, pop-up events, and retail partner meetings
  • Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape information to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate

Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in retail sales, sales training, or a related field-based education role
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly with retail associates and store leadership teams
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage a flexible field-based schedule independently
  • Reliable transportation or ability to travel efficiently throughout the San Francisco area to meet assigned store visit requirements
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools including email, scheduling software, and reporting platforms
  • A genuine passion for education, coaching, and helping others achieve their professional best
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in active retail floor environments throughout the day
