Core Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery, HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and facility infrastructure
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures using appropriate testing tools and equipment
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to complete repairs accurately
  • Coordinate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history within the computerized maintenance management system
  • Respond promptly to emergency equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions to restore operations
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and assist with facility improvement projects as needed
  • Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and vendors regarding work orders, parts procurement, and repair status

Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial facility setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals
  • Familiarity with lockout/tagout, confined space, and other critical safety protocols
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure
  • Basic computer skills for entering work orders and maintaining maintenance logs
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or on-call shifts as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical trade certification or vocational training preferred
